My tolerance is quite up there and since I can’t smoke I take one capsule around noon. Depending on how you ingest the effects can start within 20 minutes if you open the capsule drop it into a hot brewed coffee. Or take it whole and wait about an hr. The high is very mellow and can sneak up on you and then pow. Pleasant, I wouldn’t drive taking this capsule. Best price I have seen online in Canada. For me, this feeling lasts about four hours. So I vape along at the second hour on to keep it just that mellow.
