Our Delivery Process:
We pride ourselves on our excellent shipping and handling times. At this time, we offer Xpresspost shipping via Canada Post on all orders and once we ship, you can expect to have your product in 2 – 3 business days.
At this time, Canada Post only operates Monday to Friday, so we do not offer shipping on the weekends. If you place your order on Saturday or Sunday, we will ship it the following Monday. We ship Canada-wide and offer tracking on all orders so you can monitor your package as it travels to you.
We also package everything in a secure, high-quality container so your product stays intact as it makes its way to you. We typically have a 24-hour processing time for orders too. If you place your order before 11:00 AM PST, we will ship your order the same day!
If you place your order after 11:00 AM PST, we will ship your order the next day. Please note that Interact payments typically take 3 hours to process and we cannot ship orders until payments have been successfully processed.

All orders of $150+ automatically receive free shipping! No special codes are needed! Keep in mind, that this is without discounts.
Shipping Insurance:
We offer Shipping Insurance to all ten Canadian provinces and one territory. However, Northwest Territories and Nunavut are excluded from our guaranteed shipping insurance at this time. Due to the remote conditions of both territories, we cannot guarantee a timely delivery nor can we replace missing or stolen items shipped to either territory. We apologize for the inconvenience.
If your package does not arrive within 5 business days please contact us at info@buyweed247.store or contact us here where we can investigate the issue. If you purchased shipping insurance, then we will be able to assess how we can replace the product or help further.
